Scripting Movies with StageManager:
- Begin by creating the "script" for your movie in the large typein
area:
- Use the
Load
and Delete
commands to
bring geometry into StageManager
- Use the
Transform
command to move objects to their
initial starting points
- Use the
Sequence
and Loop
commands to
add actions to your movie
- Use the
Pause
command to add timing pauses to your movie
- Use the
Snapshot
command (and the Save
Snapshots button) to produce a .gif file of a key frame in your movie
- Use a
Product
transformarion to perform several
transformations on a single object at once.
- Use the
Script
command to perform actions on
several objects simultaneously.
- Use the
Geometry
command to build hierarchical
objects
- Use the Execute button to preview your movie
- Select the proper size and image type for your movie using the
Image / Size and Image / Type menus
- Once you have the action worked out, use the Save Frames
button and the Make MPEG button to create your movie
- Once your movie is made, you can view it using the Tools /
View MPEG menu item
- You can view your images using the Tools / Image Viewer
menu item. You can manipulate the size of an image using the Image
/ Rescale image menu item.
