Activities at the Geometry Center

Dr. Amenta's research focused on a class of geometric optimization problems related to the Helly-type theorems from combinatorial geometry. She organized the Computation Geometry Software Workshop in January, 1995. She is the author of Kali, an interactive 2D Euclidean symmetry pattern editor.
