Wedge of Three Circles:

The wedge of n circles is simply n circles all joined at a common point.

For example, a figure-8 is a wedge of two circles, and the wedge of three circles is a point with three loops coming from it.

The double curve for an immersed real projective plane forms a wedge of three circles, since it must have a triple point [More]. This can be seen in the double curve of the polyhedral model presented here. [More]
